Ang Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) - Bureau of Domestic Trade Promotion in partnership with the Department of Tourism ay nag organize ngayong taon ng 2019 National Food Fair (NFF) na pangunahing layunin ay i endorso ang mga sikat at bagong produkto na makikita sa 16 na rehiyon na matatagpuan sa ating bansa,
Ang food fair na ito ay ginanap noong March 14-17, 2019 sa SM Megamall.
Layunin ng event na ito na makilala ng publiko ang mga produktong binibenta ng 233 micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs).
Ang mga produktong kalahok ay mula sa category na processed food and beverage, regional delicacies, dietary supplements, fresh produce, herbs and cooking ingredients, at Farm tourism destinations and tour operators na accredited ng DOT ay nakilahok din.
Ang pangunahing highlight ng fair ay ang mga halal food, spices and seasonings, fruit wines and products made from cacao.
Sinisiguro ng DTI na patuloy na makapagbigay ng mga angkop na seminar sa MSMEs at Negosyo Centers para maging matagumpay ang mga negosyo nila.
